Kobseff raised questions about the funding source and discussed the intended purpose of the grant, including a brief exchange about how the State's relationship with the World Health Organization related to the grant objectives. Following discussion, the Board moved, seconded and carried the ratification of the grant amendment and authorized the Chair to sign the Standard Agreement Form STD 213A Amendment 1 and the Auditor to establish budget appropriations and set expenditures per the grant.
