City staff outline $7.18 million reconstruction project on South Woodcrest, Willow and Maple streets

"This project will be a full water main replacement project with water service replacement to the curb stop box," he said, adding that crews will do sanitary sewer spot repairs, install new storm sewer pipes and inlets, replace sidewalks and finish with asphalt pavement.
