Board approves donations, two diplomas, Dell purchase and staff items

Treasurer Megan later updated trustees on the fiscal-year 2025 audit and ongoing bond-refinancing work; no finance approvals were required that night. All consent motions on donations, diplomas, the Dell purchase and staff items were recorded as approved by roll-call.
