Water-system repairs, meter replacements and MnDOT funding update announced at East Grand Forks meeting

City utility staff told the Water & Light Commission on Sept. 3 that several infrastructure items are moving forward.
Seth Todd reported Northolt finished punch-list items on the 2024 miscellaneous construction contract and that closeout documents and a final pay request are being prepared. "Northolt has finished up all the punch list items... we are now in the process of putting close out documents together, and getting that final pay request done and get that off the books," Seth said.
