The Board voted unanimously to approve a set of student-data privacy agreements recommended by the superintendent, a second-year renewal payment of $122,304.60 to Viperline Solutions for Lightspeed filtering software, and a Wide Area Network contract with AT&T designated as the lowest responsible bidder. The WAN services will be funded through E‑Rate and district Technology Funds.
The Board also approved multiple facilities and maintenance contracts: a $746,107.00 contract with Hughes and Mullenix Heating and Cooling for Hillcrest High School HVAC (to be paid with Alabama Power repayment), a $54,075.00 contract with Southern Air for Duncanville Middle School gym HVAC (FY26 Maintenance Budget), a $75,428.00 contract…
