The council opened the business portion of the meeting by presenting two ordinances (2232-26 and 2233-26) that would amend sections 6.3 and 6.16 of the City of Moraine Personnel Policy Manual; both were read for the first time and scheduled for a second reading and possible adoption at the May 14, 2026 regular meeting. Clerk of Council presented the ordinances on the agenda as first readings.
