The amendment also adds the THREADS analytics application and Investigator Pro (voice identification/forensics) as no‑cost options for county use, and it updates Advanced TRS (telecommunications relay service) options to comply with FCC accessibility requirements.
The resolution authorizes the County Executive to sign the amendment and directs the corrections/sheriff's office to implement billing and service updates with the vendor. The amendment text in the agenda packet specifies the vendor will implement the Interim Order changes on April 1, 2026 and that some per‑call fees will be adjusted to reflect regulatory allowances.
