Placentia introduces new Community Services Director, Liddy Gutfeld

Staff also noted awards and board service, including recognition by the California Park and Recreation Society.
Council members welcomed Gutfeld and asked residents to join in welcoming the new director to the city. No policy actions accompanied the announcement at the meeting.
