Henderson County Commissioners Court approved the final plat for the Veil Acres Subdivision, creating four filing-only lots in the LaRue area.
A commissioner explained the parcel had been family property with several houses and that the owners were dividing the remainder into two lots of 6.3 and 8.3 acres. Staff said the subdivision paperwork appeared in order for filing purposes.
Following a motion and second, the court approved the final plat unanimously. The approval was limited to filing-only plat purposes; no construction approvals or additional permits were discussed during the public item.
