The Burleson 4A Economic Development Corporation on Wednesday unanimously approved a first amendment and restatement of the Chapter 380 economic development and performance agreement for the Chisholm Summit master-planned community.
Eric Hoskerson, Deputy City Manager, told the board the development covers about 807 acres and contemplates roughly 3,000 residential units along with 100 acres of dedicated parkland, interconnected trails and about 28 acres of commercial nodes. "Chisholm Summit's an 807 acre master planned community, contemplating about 3,000 residential units," Hoskerson said.
