For application 250015 (Robert Utley) Bartlett said the original assessment was $1,832,575; the parties negotiated and agreed to a stipulation at $1,595,000. The board moved to approve the stipulations; the motion was seconded and carried unanimously with no public comment.
The clerk then read a continuance request for purchase application number 250017, submitted by Eden Valley Ranch LLC. The applicant had requested postponement; after a motion, second and roll-call confirmation there was a unanimous vote to continue that matter.
The board also approved the minutes of the Jan. 26 meeting by unanimous vote. The chair confirmed the next meeting will be the annual organizational meeting on 2026-07-20. The session adjourned after routine closing procedures.
