CCRPC MS4 Subcommittee adopts FY27 budget of $80,521 and sets member dues at $6,750

The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission MS4 Subcommittee voted on Nov. 4 to adopt a FY27 budget of $80,521 and set member dues for FY27 at $6,750.
Ryan Lambert moved to approve the FY27 budget and dues; Shayne Geiger seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. Earlier in the meeting, Dan Albrecht reviewed proposed revisions to the FY26 budget (reducing staff hours and slightly increasing Winooski NRCD costs), lowering the FY26 total to $86,400 from $87,440. Albrecht also said CCRPC will be sending a $5,000 invoice to each municipality soon to cover FY26 dues.
Albrecht reviewed the October 7 minutes for approval. Alex Kubala moved to approve the minutes as amended to correct a spelling of Kaylie Kneeland; Chelsea Mandigo seconded. The motion carried with Claire Forbes and Norm Baldwin abstaining.
No objections were raised to the FY26 budget revisions. Members noted that Albrecht’s hours are expected to decline next year because there will not be a need for an RFP to hire a firm for stream‑team work; Pluck’s budget and ad costs will remain unchanged. The committee confirmed there will be no meeting in December and likely none in January; the Feb. 3 meeting will be held in person at the CCRPC office to finalize annual reports and the stream team workplan.
The subcommittee adjourned at 1:25 p.m.
