Erath County approves two residential replats in Dublin and Mountain Lakes

Mr. Gardner, the county planner, presented a replat of Lot 17 in Lasombra Estates (Precinct 2) that divides the parcel to create Lots 17A and 17B to ensure required road frontage and access; utilities will be provided by the City of Dublin and private septic systems will serve the new lots. Commissioner Ray moved to approve; Commissioner Edwards seconded, and the court approved the replat by voice vote.
Mr. Gardner also described a replat of Lots 374 and 375 R in Mountain Lakes Section 2 (Precinct 3) after the landowner purchased adjacent property and sought to enlarge an existing lot. No additional homes or driveways were proposed. Commissioner Edwards moved to approve, and Commissioner Buck seconded; the court approved the replat by voice vote.
Both approvals were presented as ministerial technical updates to existing plats; the planner said the proposals met road-access and utility requirements and that he and county staff had reviewed the documents and recommended approval.
