County HR announces YouServe Utah Gold designation for volunteer program

Garcia said the HR department overhauled the volunteer program by streamlining application processes, introducing a volunteer handbook, launching a website, and training volunteer coordinators across departments. She provided copies of the designation letter and certificate to the commission.
