“You are an elected governing body and your job is oversight,” said Angie Rogers, a Coralville resident, criticizing the board’s handling of a retroactive $10,000,000 interfund transfer and calling for closer examination of executive compensation and hiring practices. Rogers asked directors to vote no on reductions to classroom staffing, which she said total $2,200,000 in the current proposal.
