The Greeley County Board of Commissioners held a sequence of executive sessions during the March 24 meeting and adjourned at 10:48 a.m.
Commissioner Joe Leslie moved the board into executive session at 10:18 a.m. to discuss possible litigation; County Attorney Joe McNally attended. The board reconvened in open session at 10:29 a.m. Leslie then moved at 10:30 a.m. to enter executive session for personnel matters with McNally and County Clerk Mindy Grossart present; the board exited that session at 10:36 a.m. At 10:38 a.m. the board entered executive session to discuss contract negotiations with McNally and Sheriff Deaver present and exited at 10:47 a.m.
All motions to enter and exit executive session were made by board members and carried on roll-call votes recorded in the minutes. The minutes do not record substantive details discussed in executive session. Commissioner Joe Leslie moved to adjourn at 10:48 a.m.; Commissioner Dennis Wadsworth seconded and the motion carried. The next regular meeting is scheduled for April 14, 2026.
