Council members moved and seconded the license and voted in favor.
On land use, the council revoked the conditional use permit (CUP) for a property at 505 4th Ave NW after staff reported multiple written notices that the owner built a fence closer than the 3-foot setback required under the CUP and never obtained the required neighbor access agreements.…
