Planning and Zoning Commission approves Brown Trail Estates final plat

The Bedford Planning and Zoning Commission on March 26 approved the final plat for Brown Trail Estates Addition Block A (case plat 25-5), clearing the way to subdivide the property into two residential lots that exceed 10,000 square feet each.

Staff described the subdivision and said access for both lots will be from Brown Trail. The planner noted an existing emergency siren on Lot 1 and a recorded easement that will remain in place and must be maintained by future property owners.
