Council appoints Stahl to zoning board; several appointments remain pending

During the March 18 meeting the Jackson County Council updated several board appointments. The council appointed Skyler Stahl to the Board of Zoning Appeals. An appointment to the Alcoholic Beverage Board remains pending and was not resolved at the meeting. The council retracted Tyler Pottschmidt’s appointment to the Board of Review that had been made at the Feb. 18 meeting after determining Pottschmidt is an elected official; that appointment remains pending.
Councilmember Brian Thompson moved to approve the appointment updates and the motion passed unanimously. No additional action was recorded.
