Development Services Director Stacy Graves told the Cedar Hill City Council on Jan. 13 that the city will expand its long‑running Operation Clean Sweep program to the Meadow Vista neighborhood and to commercial corridors.
Graves opened by noting that Operation Clean Sweep, implemented in 2010, began as a comprehensive neighborhood inspection program and has since evolved to emphasize education and relationship building with residents and property owners. "Operation Clean Sweep supports this goal outlined in [the] city council's strategic plan," Graves said.
