Michael Mignon, speaking as the BEA leadership representative, said he arrived at School 4 on Jan. 9 and found a partial ceiling collapse in Room 200 that had occurred before the school day. “At this time it was over four hours since the incident occurred and no contact and no one contacted the staff or BEA leadership with any information,” Mignon said, asking whether the air was safe to breathe and why staff were not immediately informed.
