Hearing Officer Jill Cenamo read six liquor license renewal applications into the record at the Grand Junction Liquor Licensing Authority meeting on Feb. 18, 2026, and approved all six after confirming the applications were in order and that there were no objections.
The renewals approved were for: Lucky Me Liquor, LLC dba Lucky Me Liquor 2, 2648 Patterson Road Suite A (liquor store); BURNS FEC, LLC dba Bananas Fun Park, 2469 Riverside Parkway (beer & wine); Fantasy, LLC dba Fantasy, 2258 Colex Drive (tavern); Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. dba Chipotle Mexican Grill, 2504 Highway 6 & 50 Suite 300 (hotel & restaurant); Ho Ho, LLC dba Bamboo City, 2472 Patterson Road #2 (beer & wine); and Mary's Homestyle Cooking, Inc. dba Mary's Homestyle Cooking, 230 Lynwood St, Suites G & H (hotel & restaurant).
Cenamo verified with Deputy City Clerk Misty Williams that the submitted applications were complete, asked whether anyone wished to speak against any of the renewals, and recorded that no one came forward. "Renewals 1-6 were approved as requested," the minutes state. No vote tallies or motions by specific members were recorded in the meeting minutes.
The approvals conclude the authority's consideration of routine license renewals for these businesses; the meeting proceeded to special-event permit items and adjourned at 2:45 p.m.
