At its March 3 meeting the Little Elm Town Council approved several items by voice vote.

- Development agreement between the town and DAC2/Sunrise MPK LLC — passed after a short staff presentation; council approved the agreement accompanying the PD.
- Ordinance 18‑43 (special‑use permit for a drive‑through at El Dorado & Hillside) — passed after an applicant presentation and public hearing; applicant committed to an 8‑foot masonry wall, reduced hours (5 a.m.–11 p.m.), adaptive sound technology and increased trash pickup.
- Ordinance 18‑44 (cancel May election and declare unopposed candidates elected) — passed after staff noted only incumbent candidates had filed; staff recommended canceling the election and carrying three charter amendments forward to May.
