He also told council that additional excavated fill could be used on other city projects (for example, the new fire station) if suitable.
Council moved and approved the change order (motion by Eddie Wilder; second by Luke Williams). Staff said the project remains under the original estimated construction cost and that funding is provided under the city's TERS program.
