Council authorizes negotiating design contract for Seabourn Creek baseball field phase

City staff asked the council on Jan. 16 to authorize negotiation of an architectural design agreement with Burdette Consultants LLC for the Seabourn Creek Regional Sports Complex baseball field Phase 2.
