The meeting recorded retirements for Michelle Boivin of the juvenile department; Kevin Johnson, District 1 employee; Miles Davidson, District 3; and Latoya Moore of the juvenile department. The Clerk introduced each item and motions to approve the retirements were moved, seconded and carried by voice vote.
The Clerk reported that March plan assets totaled $6,500,000 and moved to accept the March report as presented; the board approved the acceptance. The Clerk also explained there were two documents for the related item — a Bank of Oklahoma report and a summary from the clerk’s financial office — and asked the board to receive the Bank of Oklahoma report. A motion to receive that report was moved, seconded and approved.
No citizens spoke during the meeting and the chair called for board comments and new business before members moved to adjourn.
The meeting ended after the board recorded the approvals and accepted the financial reports.
