- Canyonlands Healthcare SSD bylaws: A resolution adopting minor bylaws cleanup passed unanimously (7–0).

For example, staff asked to revisit a proposed shift of a $450,000 county TAP grant match to a multiuse pathway configuration to preserve stormwater mitigation funds; commissioners postponed that decision to May 5 so staff can present funding scenarios.
