Commission approves small family car‑lot rezoning with five‑vehicle condition

Neighbors asked how many cars would be kept on the property and raised a separate concern that rezoning signs had been posted in or near a neighbor's yard; staff said lot lines are based on courthouse records and offered to follow up with the neighbor. Committee member (speaker 5) moved to approve the staff recommendation with the five‑vehicle condition, planning staff (speaker 3) seconded, and the chair announced the motion carried after a roll call the chair summarized as four in favor and two opposed.
