The meeting was called to order by Mayor Katrina Thompson at 6:30 p.m. and a quorum was confirmed. Trustee Abraham, serving as finance chair, read the accounts-payable warrant list and reported that total expenditures for the period ending Dec. 10, 2025, were $981,410.99, with the subset of payments greater than $2,500 totaling $945,729.67. On a motion and roll-call vote the board authorized payment of the bills, a vote the clerk recorded as carrying 6 to 0.
