Willow Springs — During the April 10 meeting the board approved two business-license items: a license for Fracture Incorporated, located at 8695 South Archer Avenue in Uniontown, and a Class A license assignment covering three teams at 8700 ARC.
Trustee Sprinkle introduced the Fracture Incorporated application, describing the operation as a multimedia and video production business. Trustees asked the applicant about hours and customer access; the applicant said the studio primarily works remotely and that public walk-in traffic is limited. After discussion a trustee moved to approve the application; the board voted by roll call and the license was approved. President Nedemeyer welcomed the licensee back to the community.
Separately, the board considered a Class A license assignment for three teams at 8700 ARC. Trustees noted that the space layout is similar to the previous owner and asked whether operating hours would change; applicants and trustees confirmed hours would remain consistent with prior practice. The board moved, seconded and approved the license assignment by roll call.
Both approvals were routine and received no sustained public opposition. Trustees thanked the applicants and moved on to the next agenda items.
