Sumner County planners on Feb. 18 approved the Preliminary Plat for Crutcher Station Phase 4, clearing the way for 58 residential lots on 29.6 acres in an existing Planned Unit Development (PUD) after lengthy discussion about traffic study scope and stormwater design.
Josh Suddath, Sumner County director of planning and engineering, said the development is vested under a 2007 PUD approval and that the phase generally complies with the approved Master Plan.
