St. Charles honors local volunteers, Brighton Gardens and marks Baker Community Center centennial

Mayor Hall read a proclamation declaring May 1, 2026, the 100th anniversary of the Henry Rockwell Baker Memorial Community Center, which the proclamation says was dedicated on 05/01/1926 as a gift to the people of St. Charles.
