TAC appoints environmental community representative and selects new chair; routine items approved unanimously

On the committee membership front, Bryan Davis reported the TAC Environmental Community seat was vacant and that two candidates had introduced themselves at the May meeting. Routine procedural business was completed early in the meeting. Sam Andersen moved to approve the consent agenda; Sandy Thibault seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Bob Henneberger moved to approve the May 7, 2024 minutes; Bruce Hoar seconded and that motion also passed unanimously.
Why this matters: leadership and membership changes affect committee representation and workflow. The chair’s role includes agenda setting and liaison work with CCRPC staff; the Environmental Community seat is intended to represent natural-resources and environmental-justice interests.
