Committee hears park district annexed parcels; two annexations lack courthouse records

"They have a total of 7 properties the city annexed in '25… they only had records for 5 that got to the courthouse," the member said.
Committee members asked for clarification about the two unrecorded parcels; the member said one of the missing parcels is roughly 3.5 acres and another was discussed as about 13 acres. The member said they would obtain the list of five parcels and follow up with the committee the next day.
The committee did not take formal action on the annexation discrepancy during the meeting and asked staff to reconcile property records and report back.
