Antioch trustees close hearing and later adopt annual appropriation ordinance; new appointments sworn in

The board also approved several reappointments to commissions and boards and completed two personnel ceremonies: Nicholas Picard was sworn in as a member of the Police & Fire Commission, and Jordan Oliver was sworn in and promoted to sergeant of the Antioch Police Department.
