The eligible portion visible from the street was determined to be $7,461 (65% of eligible work), and the village's share would be roughly $4,700; prior board action this year had already approved two grants totaling $19,468 from the village's $50,000 façade grant budget. The economic development commission had reviewed and recommended the latest application for board approval.
Mayor called for the motion and second to approve item C, and the board approved the grant by roll call.
