Burr Ridge staff recommends PSA offers and sets Oct. 31 deadline for village-hall proposals

The board gave concurrence to the recommended receipt deadline and continued architect engagement to refine schematic designs for the planned new village hall; there was no formal vote recorded other than concurrence to set the timeline and preference for PSAs.
