At its March meeting the Greenville County Schools board approved several administrative and disciplinary actions.
On agenda item 5.01 the board moved to renominate Dr. Royster as the district's representative on the Greenville Technical College Area Commission for a four‑year term beginning June 1, 2026. A trustee spoke in support; the motion carried by voice vote.
The board approved the consent calendar (items 2.01 through 2.04) after a motion to approve and a second.
On action item 5.002 the board approved the annual personnel contract recommendations. The motion to approve was made by a board member and seconded by Dr. Presley; the board carried the motion without discussion.
The board considered three student discipline appeals (items 5.03, 5.04 and 5.05). For each appeal a trustee moved to affirm the hearing officer's decision and deny the student's appeal. The motions were seconded and carried by voice vote.
