He described the MSA term as three years but noted an early-termination option: "There is an out in there ... it's like 60 days and you can say you're done with Moore Engineering," he said. The task order was described as a catch-all item to support smaller, quick-turn needs and to streamline later, larger task orders for specific trail and street projects.
