North Haledon to seek Open Space grant for inclusive playground; engineers to probe 160 icing spots

The Borough of North Haledon will apply for a 2023 Open Space Grant to fund an all‑inclusive playground, and a Boswell Engineering proposal to investigate stormwater discharge and roadway icing is on the agenda for adoption, the borough’s Jan. 18 work session minutes show.
