Vote: Yea — All. - Ordinance 39-26: Repealed Ordinance 30-26 and cancelled the Old Main Waterline bid award. Vote: 6–1 (Mr. Castrilla No). - Ordinances 40-26, 41-26, 42-26 and 43-26: Created dedicated funds for OEPA water and sewer projects (Funds 387–390). Votes: Yea — All. - Ordinance 46-26: Authorized the City Manager to execute an MOU with Conneaut Firefighters Association IAFF Local 651 and fill two full-time positions (suspended readings; emergency declared). Vote: Yea — All.
Tabled or referred: - Ordinance 44-26: Agreement with UH Conneaut Medical Center — tabled. - Ordinance 45-26: Traffic law enforcement devices — tabled and referred to the Public Safety Committee.
