At its Feb. 12 meeting, the Park County Land and Water Trust Fund Board completed officer elections and took procedural steps on bylaws and meeting minutes.
Board members voted to elect John Woodward as chair (motion by Mike Moonan, seconded by Ramon Castro) and to elect Mike Moonan as vice chair (motion by John Woodward, seconded by Ramon Castro); both elections were approved unanimously. The position of secretary was filled by motion of Jeff Baker and seconded by Ramon Castro; the board approved Cyndie Sherriff for secretary by a 4-2 vote.
A motion to approve the December 2025 minutes failed after proposed corrections; a subsequent motion by Mike Moonan to table the minutes to the April meeting passed unanimously. John Woodward presented the bylaws for discussion and the board voted to table bylaws deliberation until April.
The board did not take final action on the bylaws or the December minutes; both items are scheduled for follow-up at the April 9, 2026 meeting.
