Park County LWTF board advances two grant applications, rejects Hartsel Water proposal

Board member Cyndie Sherriff moved to advance the application to scoring; Jeff Baker seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The board recorded the decision to send the project to the next evaluation stage for scoring.
An updated application for the Hartsel Water Station was presented by Angie Mills, Sarah Kavfholtz, Kara Snedden and Anna Doran. After discussion, Cyndie Sherriff moved that the board not advance the Hartsel Water application to scoring; Ramon Castro seconded and the motion passed 6-1.
James Lassley presented an application from Platte Canyon Little League for field improvements. Cyndie Sherriff moved that the application move forward for scoring; Mike Moonan seconded and the motion carried 4-3.
