At the end of its April 22 meeting the Senate Natural Resources Committee approved the minutes from April 15 and voted to accept the Louisiana Office of State Lands' land management evaluation reports for proposed surplus property sales, including (1) a surplus parcel tied to Lynnwood Charter School in Caddo Parish and (2) the director's residence for the Acadiana Center for Youth in Avoyles Parish. The committee approved sales at a minimum equal to appraised value, as presented.
With no objections on those motions, the committee concluded business and adjourned. Senator Kleinpeter moved to adjourn and the motion carried with no objection recorded in the transcript.
