Public Works committee pauses to honor late Deputy Director Tim Joyce

The committee closed with expressions of sympathy and adjourned.
The committee did not take formal actions related to personnel or policy during the tribute; remarks were personal remembrances and a ceremonial acknowledgement on the committee record.
