CCP plans annual reporting and forms data and budget subgroups to inform funding decisions

Members agreed to reconvene a data subgroup (naming potential previous contributors including Paul, Brandon, Leslie and Andy) to gather the necessary analytics, and to create either a separate budget-subgroup or a combined team to draft a funding rubric. The Chair said the groups will report back to the full CCP for review and approval.
The committee did not set exact deadlines in the recorded discussion but asked staff to schedule follow-up meetings after the county budget season so the subgroup(s) can develop a recommended plan and rubric for the full committee to consider.
