Clean Water Advisory Committee approves minutes, backs conformance recommendation for Winooski Tactical Basin Plan

Palola moved the recommendation of approval to the CCRPC Board, and Marisa Rorabaugh seconded. Committee members voted "all in favor" and the motion passed.
