Annie Costandi, chair of the Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission’s Clean Water Advisory Committee, called the meeting to order at 11:01 a.m. and the committee moved through its agenda with two formal approvals.
Karen Adams moved, and James Sherrard seconded, to approve the draft minutes of the committee’s Aug. 1, 2023 meeting; the committee voted "all in favor" and the motion passed. Dan Albrecht (CCRPC staff) had provided a brief recap of the August minutes before the motion.
The committee then considered a draft regional plan conformance letter related to the Draft 2023 Winooski Tactical Basin Plan. Dan Albrecht outlined the background and purpose of the conformance letter and Darlene Palola asked whether Basin 5 had already been approved; Albrecht confirmed prior action. Palola moved the recommendation of approval to the CCRPC Board, and Marisa Rorabaugh seconded. Committee members voted "all in favor" and the motion passed.
The approvals recorded in the meeting minutes are procedural recommendations for the CCRPC Board; the conformance letter is being routed as the committee recommended. The meeting record does not include roll-call vote tallies beyond the recorded "all in favor."
