The Marion County Board of Commissioners on Jan. 28 held a public hearing and then voted to adopt an amended Citizen Participation Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships programs.
Kelli Weese presented the proposed amendment and no members of the public signed up to speak. Commissioner Kevin Cameron moved to close the hearing and approve the resolution; Commissioner Danielle Bethell seconded. The motion carried with Commissioners Cameron, Bethell and Chair Colm Willis voting aye.
The minutes record adoption of the amended plan by resolution but do not include the amendment text or implementation timetable; the board scheduled final consideration of a separate land-use ordinance for Feb. 4, 2026 elsewhere on the agenda.
