Marion County approves $25 million amendment to PacificSource behavioral health contract

Ryan Matthews presented the amendment, saying it updates the reimbursement schedule and fee-for-service rates for the Behavioral Health Community Mental Health Program. The board recorded that the agreement is multi-year. Commissioner Kevin Cameron moved to approve the amendment; Commissioner Danielle Bethell seconded, and the motion passed with Commissioners Bethell, Cameron and Chair Colm Willis voting aye.
The amendment will increase the county's contracted funding for behavioral health providers; the board did not record additional conditions or implementation dates in the meeting minutes. The action was entered as Amendment #13 to the Participating Provider Service Agreement with PacificSource Community Solutions. The board continued with the agenda after the vote and adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
