Staff: Hanford housing element resubmitted; commission may be asked to recommend adoption

Richard from the Community Development Department told the commission the city resubmitted the housing element and posted the materials; staff expect an agency review period of roughly one to two weeks and said that, if the submittal is found in compliance, the version could be the final one returned for commission recommendation for adoption.
Richard credited staff work on the submittal and asked the commission to await the official notice of compliance; he said staff will bring the housing element back to the commission for a formal recommendation for adoption after the review period closes.
